Program Eligibility:
- Completed an ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Residency
- Must be ABOS board eligible or certified
- ECFMG Certification (for foreign medical graduates)
- Completion of USMLE Step 1-3 or COMPLEX 1-3
- License Requirements (Must be able to obtain full MD Physician and Surgeon WA State License or Full Osteopathic WA State License)
- Due to the nature of funding sources for fellowship positions/our funding structure, we are unable to consider applicants requiring H-1B or J-1 visa sponsorship
A completed application on SFMatch must include your CV, Personal Statement, and 3 Letters of Recommendations from physician's familiar with you through orthopaedic training or subsequent experience.
