Excerpt from this months case...

"A 55 years old male police officer was injured in a motorcycle crash. At the accident scene, he complained of severe right hip pain. He presented to the emergency room with similar complaints. His vitals signs were stable. On physical exam, his pelvic ring was stable but he was unable to actively move his right lower extremity due to hip discomfort.
