Rishi Trikha, MD, is an orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon with a specialization of minimally invasive surgeries of the knee, shoulder and hip. Dr. Trikha believes that each patient's care needs to be individualized. There is no "one size fits all" method and Dr. Trikha believes in listening to the patient and tailoring a unique care plan.

Dr. Rishi Trikha specializes in the treatment of sports-related injuries of the knee, shoulder, and hip, including ACL and meniscus injuries, rotator cuff and labral tears, and hip impingement and labral pathology. His surgical expertise includes arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures of the knee, shoulder, and hip. He is also an Assistant Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Washington.

Personal Interests

Dr. Trikha enjoys staying active and playing and watching sports, as well as cooking and trying new restaurants. In his free time, he also enjoys traveling and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife.
