Dr. Adam Sassoon is pioneering the use of accelerometers to improve the positioning of knee replacement components used in total knee replacement surgery.

Dr. Sassoon is one of the few physicians nationally to begin using this new technology.  Accelerometers can assist physicians in the placement and alignment of knee replacement components which can potentially increase the longevity of those components, improve post-operative pain, and improve range of motion.
